No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed in Chestnut & Willow Cottages.

Dogs - Pets must be domesticated and never left alone in the Cottage.  They are not allowed on beds.  If your pets have a habit of jumping on chairs, please use the clean throws provided to protect the furniture. Clean up after your dogs in the exercise areas using the poo bags provided. Damage caused by pets must be paid for.

Damages and Breakages—Please respect our property.  We do not charge for minor breakages. However, if the damage is significant, you will be expected to pay for the repair or re-placement. Please report it immediately so that repairs can be organized before the arrival of the next guests.

Cancellations -If you cancel within six weeks of the commencement of your holiday, all monies paid by you will be retained by us unless we are able to re-let the cottage for the dates booked.

If we are able to re-let the Cottage, your payments will be returned to you.

You may wish to take out a modest cancellation insurance. 

Non-Availability of Accommodation - Holidays would only be cancelled by us in the unlikely event that it was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. An offer of alternative accommodation would be made but if this were not possible, or acceptable to you, a refund of all monies paid by you would be made.  Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. 

Liability - We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury, to any member of your party, or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, our employees, or contractors, whilst acting in the course of employment.
