We are a family firm. The 90 acre farm was bought in 1978 and has seen many changes but with the advent of the Cottages in 1992, we have been able to share our lovely area and all its advantages.
Chestnut and Willow are situated in the hamlet of Old Brampton (3 miles from Chesterfield, 5 miles from Chatsworth, 7 miles from Bakewell). The cottages nestle in the heart of our 90 acres farm of wildflower hay meadows within an ornamental garden of flower beds and secure patio areas for dogs. We encourage wildlife.

Step out of the door and wander over our meadows to Linacre Valley with its three reservoirs and nature trails, or ramble in the surrounding freedom of the Peak District. Cycle along one of the numerous trails of the Peak Park or climb the spectacular edges of Curbar.
Experience the enchanting beauty and history of Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Hardwick or enjoy the bustling, historic market towns of Chesterfield and Bakewell.
